Friendly, efficient and nothing was a trouble when booking our holiday

Friendly experience from entering premises.
Agent listened to my requirements and informed me of other options if I wanted to travel solo again.

The way the branch made us welcome and was very thorough in getting the hotel we wanted

Almost perfect apart from a very slow computer which couldn't be helped. Julie Ann was helpful and chatty as ever and we managed to sort two holidays. Always a pleasure to book with Hays

Very happy with our booking process you cannot beat face to face booking process.

It was so helpful to talk to someone about our holiday who is going there themselves. That first hand experience was invaluable. We did not feel pressured at any point and we’re given the space to go for a coffee to talk about it and come back.

We are able to get to know local staff they know what we are looking for and Julie ann at sedgefield branch has never let us down in over 15 years.

The travel agent had a good knowledge of information about the holiday we were looking at. She was efficient at relaying the information and booking the holiday.

Julie Ann of the Sedgefield branch was excellent and really focused on doing the best for us. Compliments to her colleagues also who were friendly, welcoming and really helpful. Over two separate visits Julie dedicated circa 5 hours of her time to ensure we made the right holiday decision for us.

Julie, Rebecca and Julie Ann were fabulous . We hadn't used a travel agent in a number of years as I had done it all myself however the girls were brilliant and made the whole process incredibly easy. I don't think i'll go back to organising trips myself and would highly recommend using the services of an incredibly knowledgeable team

Girls in the shop were very helpful and friendly, wanted a gift card, and needed to know options for using it

Julie Ann at the sedgefield store was extremely helpful with our enquiry and she managed to arrange everything for us to have a stress free booking with our disabled son.
