I have used Hays since they took over the branch in Scunthorpe. The staff are always helpfull.
At one time I was actually at the airport and was advised that special help was not booked for us. I called the branch and the manager sorted it out straight away. It doesn't matter who you speak with they are all helpful. I have just booked my next river cruise with them for 2027 - can't wait.

First impressions really do count... Our Scunthorpe branch has recently undergone a refit, it looks stunning. Myself & my Husband visited yesterday to pay some money off our holiday & to also book another. We had the pleasure of being served by Holly, with the biggest smile ☺ & loveliest welcome. Holly took the time to help us choose our next holiday answering all our questions & queries allowing us to make an informed choice. After we had booked Holly followed through with her great customer service by saying that if we had anymore questions regarding our holiday we could phone, email or pop in to the branch & she would help us. Another happy visit & another holiday to look forward to. Thank You Holly!
