Where to start?! Sarah is amazing from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. She arranged everything for us, from the airport parking, to the health insurance, to checking us in and printing off everything we needed! I did have a panic a week before as I had seen bad reviews of the hotel but rest assured I messaged Sarah and she was on the case straight away emailing the hotel! It completely put my mind at rest! Sarah had also told the hotel the reason for our trip was my 40th birthday. She had asked if it was possible for a nice view on a higher floor and because of this we got exactly that! I even got a little birthday cake in the hotel fridge! I will never book with anyone else and will always now book with Sarah. Why on earth I didn’t make my life easier before I don’t know but now I have booked with Sarah I will not go anywhere else. Thankyou Sarah once again for everything xxxx

I choose to book with Sarah Mitchell after my family holiday to Lapland ,the organisation was perfect .
This time I told Sarah I wanted to go to Gillhams in Thailand ,dates and everything arranged for me.
My flight was changed 3 times ( due to trouble in Dubia), which then impacted on the stay in the hotels booked .
I had faith in Sarah that she would make all ok for me .
She made fantastic communication with all involved and changed flight to India to Phuket including all transfers .
Every single thing on the journey run clockwork .
It has been the perfect holiday and booking .
It was certainly challenging for Sarah , but i Knew she would get it sorted .
i stupidly went on line and completed an arrival card , silly mistake as it was a fraudulent site of which i paid for , bank have returned the money .
Yet again Sarah to the rescue she sorted me out again by doing for me .
While in Thailand i couldn't check in flight on my phone , once again Sarah to the rescue .
If you have a specialised dream destination , do not hesitate to contact Sarah she makes dreams happen
and will always do the best she can .

Sarah was very friendly, and available to help at the drop of a hat.
A deal came up on her facebook page, i messaged her about it got a quick reply, arranged all our checkins upgraded us due to it being our honeymoon.
The holiday was amazing! We loved every minuet.

I have been on holidays before arranged and organised by Sarah but this recent holiday was super important as it was a once in a lifetime trip to Japan for me and my son and wow Sarah didn’t let us down. Everything from flights to hotels to trains and lounges that were booked through Sarah were perfect! 🤩 Sarah has an eye for detail and takes care of everything….she is amazing! Thank you so much for everything you do Sarah.

Being a solo traveller I was concerned however from start to finish each trip was fully organised despite locations being at time very distant. I had a truly amazing trip to Peru and would recommend it 100%.
