Speaking to Sarah to book our holiday she talked me through what we was looking for and found the perfect holiday for us at a date and time that was actually very good for all concerned
She was so good telling us all the things we needed to know it was a pleasure to book our holiday through her

Once again Sarah has made our dreams reality, we see a holiday destination and think it might be too much walking for an old couple like us, we wanted the transfers but not too many tours. Excellent service from Sarah even though I contacted quite late on a Saturday evening. I was having problems booking with an online only holiday company and having seen Sarah's Facebook advert for the same holiday decided to give her a try. Sarah quickly came back to me with all of the details including price matching the online company and arranged the booking. First class service and I'd have no hesitation using again or recommending.

Sarah was amazing after being a cruise previously that was a little mislead, was nervous about speaking to someone to book another, but Sarah was great, very knowledgeable about so many different ones and just honest about what each one comes with, booked a new one with her, with a clear understanding of what to expect, will be coming back
