Straight forward, no messing about

A really positive experience with Sarah who took the time to explain everything really clearly. Sarah was very responsive and made the booking process very easy.

It was so easy to book. Dealing directly with Sarah enabled me to receive answers to my individual queries.
Sarah was very quick to respond, even at night when other operators would not be contactable.
Sarah also held my cabin reservation whilst I pondered over whether to book. Brilliant

We booked our cruise through Sarah Bell Sampson @ Hays Travel and Sarah couldn't have made the booking process any easier. She was so friendly and talked us through all our options and very informative about the ship which was great.
