This is our second holiday booked with Hays Travel. Sara who looked after us was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, making the whole booking process completely stress-free.

She understood exactly what we were looking for, found us the perfect holiday, and made sure every detail was taken care of. Nothing was too much trouble, and her excellent customer service really stood out.
