The consultant was knowledgeable
The consultant was knowledgeable, and very patient with us whilst we made our choices. She didn't bat an eyelid at trying alternatives within our itinerary.
We haven't used a travel agent for years, but would definitely do so again.

Great experience at Sandbach shop
Entered Sandbach shop and was greeted warmly by staff. We wanted a week or so away but no where in particular, Rachel was amazing with suggestions and recommendations, we booked a 10 day holiday and can’t wait!

Rachel from the Sandbach Hays branch was very helpful. We saw a great deal advertised in the window and asked for all the details. When I returned some 24 hours later it had gone. Rachel then spent 20 minutes searching to find the equivalent deal at the same hotel and came up trumps. Super service with a great smile.
