Another professional and friendly booking

First class service
I visited Hayes Travel Salisbury to see if they could arrange car hire for me in Italy. If you were to think about profit margin for Hayes, this was small fry, but I felt they treated me with the same amount of consideration as someone who had walked in to book a world cruise.

Shelly was very helpful, listened to what we wanted. Phoned the cruise company and booked exactly what we had asked for. 2 very happy customers, in and out in about 30-40 minutes.

A delightful experience
Imogen(or is it Isobel - your lovely apprentice?) - was a delight. She was chatty and clearly loves her work, but despite chatting was able to accurately fulfil all our requirements quickly and efficiently.

Excellent help and advice
We chose Hays travel to book a Marella cruise. We had excellent response and service from Hays travel. We found just what we wanted and it was easily booked with all details taken care of including parking. Would recommend their service.
