I had the privilege of meeting Alison
I had the privilege of meeting Alison. A new member of staff from the salisbury branch ( so new not even in uniform) outside a competitor, looking at exchange rates. I asked her if she understood ' what it all means' . Alison took the time to explain everything and said she was the new foreign exchange consultant and fully understood my confusion.
I said I was to old to have adventures these days in far off places. So she had no reason to be kind or spend time explaining. I am so glad that customer service excellence is strong in Hays travel.
I have had to ask my great granddaughter to help me with this.

Excellent service and efficiency…
Chelsea was pleasant and knowledgable and sorted our holiday out without any problems. I felt safe in the knowledge that we were protected by a good travel agent we have used successfully on previous occasions

Hollie is excellent as always. I always get the highest customer service when I go to the Salisbury branch, no matter who serves me. They are all amazing and very professional in all aspects. Highly recommend this branch.
