Lovely experience so stressless
From the second we walked in the Salford branch we was welcomed with a smile and from then on what we thought would be stressful turned out to be fun professional helpful and relaxing

What can I say?
All I did was contact your Salford branch and spoke to a lovely lady called Nicola, I just explained when and where we wanted to go and she done everything, keeping me informed every step of the way.
Nicola found us a weekend break at a good price.
Very happy with the service, if all your staff are as efficient as this lady, then there is not much more I could say, 5 star service.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience working with the agents at Hays Salford! I booked a Disney mini cruise a bit on a whim, with Joanne and honestly she made me feel completely at ease.
She was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, answering all my questions (even the random ones!) without ever making me feel rushed. What could have felt overwhelming turned into an exciting and stress-free experience thanks to their guidance.
Every detail was handled smoothly, it made planning magical and I left feeling super excited.
If you’re even thinking about booking a Disney cruise or any trip. I wholeheartedly recommend working with them. I’m so grateful I did!
