I was helped by Ethan at the Ryde branch of Hayes Travel.
I was making travel arrangements for a trip to Edinburgh and Ethan was a big help throughout the process.
This may not seem much to many people, but to an 85year old man suffering from severe arthritis it made a big difference.
Ethan noticed my stick and asked if I would like assistance at the airport. He organised this for me and was pleasant and considerate throughout the booking process.
I’ve given him 5 stars because he earned it in my opinion.

Searching for a particular hotel that we liked
We asked about a particular hotel that we were interested in by another company and the Hays rep ( I think was Nicole) managed to find for us and at a better price,she was very efficient and explained everything clearly

Late Break.
We looked online for a late break and then went into Hays with the details where Ethan was really helpful in booking our holiday and printing everything out.
