A Very Merry Christmas to us!
Our travel advisor was warm and welcoming. The offices were much cooler thanks to the air con, a wonderful retreat from the heat of the day.
We had done our own limitedl research but knew more or less what we wanted, and she delivered!
Walked out with a lovely Christmas Cruise to look forward to at a very reasonable price. A very happy couple.

We had a very positive experience booking our cruise and wanted to share how impressed we were with the service we received.
Our travel agent was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, with a warm, engaging and highly professional manner that immediately put us at ease. Everything was explained clearly as we went through the booking booklet together, and all pricing and payment options were discussed in a straightforward and transparent way.
As this is the first time we have chosen to set up monthly payments by direct debit, we particularly appreciated how clearly the process was explained, making us feel confident and comfortable with the arrangement.
The whole experience felt personal, well organised and genuinely enjoyable. Excellent customer service from start to finish, and it left us feeling excited and reassured about our upcoming holiday. A great experience overall.
