Fourth time using Ryan and his team
Fourth time using Ryan and his team. Sent a WhatsApp message with the details of where we wanted to go and within an hour and a few messages back and forth it was all booked, and best of all he beat the price I would have paid online. Thank you again!

Ryan was great in helping us get our family holiday booked! As a big group of 12 he managed to get 5 bookings completed in time before jet 2 pricing went up, so we could make use of his discount per booking! He also contacted the hotel as we are celebrating special birthdays without even been told and just looking at passenger information we provided which was a great touch!
As someone who usually like to book all her holidays herself, I would definitely be in contact with Ryan before doing so in the future!

My friend & I was looking to return to a hotel we visited in La Palma early this year, like lots of people we found the price had increased a lot, we tried different ways of bringing the price down and had to gain quotes from other sources, I had seen how nice Ryan was with other people on a site I go on, he was always offering to help people, I thought I would see what he could help me with, from the start Ryan was polite and helpful and I felt his customer service was very good, I felt he wanted to help, he explained clearly and to my understanding, he gave me time to decide however I had no problem with my decision and have no hesitation in recommending Ryan for a great customer experience whilst booking a holiday through him.
Everything he said I would receive happened just as he said, I can see my holiday on the Hays Travel App and I will be booking again, thank you Ryan.
