Very helpful the coffee rotting

June was very helpful helping in what turned out to be a confusing booking, partly due to me, and we succeeded in the end. Travel Agents working in their Front of House have time consuming roles when interfacing with customers. Well done.

Being able to go into an office and speak directly with a travel assistant, discuss various options then Assistant was able to give local knowledge of holiday destinations looked at. Much better than having to click on non-descript computer pages or having to speak to a chat bot. Assistant was instantly able to print off necessary paperwork.

That's a few holidays we have booked with Hays travel they are always very professional and friendly. They listen to your budget and get you the best holiday. They also try to price match if you see a holiday elsewhere. All staff is lovely, with have booked through Megan and she's great. I wouldn't go anywhere else for our holidays

As soon as we walked in we were well greeted explained to Megan what we where looking for within 30 min we had booked our holiday hassle free, special mention to Megan who was excellent from start to finish nothing was a problem to her credit to the company
