I had a lovely day and had a lovely lady serving me she found me a great holiday and it is hard sometimes to find a holiday because I am single travel and not many hotels have single rooms but the lady found me one and I am so happy to know I am going on holiday I do travel a lot and I all ways use hays travel they are so good

Donna was a very helpful young lady, who went through everything with me, reassured me that I understood everything, and gave me tips about spending money using a card.

The rep, Donna, was very patient courteous and understanding of our requirements (we are relatively inexperienced in booking holidays!) She took into account the desired location, flight timings etc. Great service. Thanks

Karen was very helpful sorting out a problem with website query for a Money card and we then looked at a holiday . Karen gave us all the information and a discount too , very helpful and friendly , great service again from Hays .
