Great customer service - we booked our holiday with Keith who was so helpful and made everything crystal clear. He was sympathetic to our budget, finding us somewhere with great reviews and even sorted out our airport parking. Such a lovely Scottish accent! We'll definitely book through Hays again.

Sheila in runcorn shop in the old town is an amazingly kind and thoughtful person she is so helpful and explains everything i always go to hays and sheila in peticular as do all the family

Sheila worked hard to find our perfect holiday in Malta. She spoke directly to the hotel to make arrangents for accessible accommodation as I am disabled.
