The staff are always very friendly and helpful and booking our holiday is usually no problem. The service is excellent that is why we always return.

This the second time in a few months we have used Hayes travel.
Extremely pleased with the service.
Booked great unexpected destinations.
This will broaden our horizons.

Amy at Rugeley was fabulous, even though we didn't know where we wanted to travel to.

Always a great experience with the team at Hays in Rugeley. They gave me some advise about booking a river cruise on the Friday, then we went back in and booked with them on the Tuesday!

Always go to our local hays travel, their all very helpful Sarah is there at the drop of a hat and her staff are the same Maisie, booked mine and my daughters holiday we were looking at one holiday in Turkey and told us about a place she had been, so that’s where we picked. All great helpful friendly people x

The travel agent ( michelle) was amazing.
I would 100% much rather deal with a person than doing it online.
Michelle took ages to find me the right holiday and she is worth her weight in gold.

We saw Miranda today and everything done smoothly and efficiently always. The staff at Rugeley hays are fantastic and so friendly they feel part of your family. Just love going in to see them all.
