Good quality service

Local shop, Bev was friendly and helpful, documents printed for ease. She offered to email hotel direct re room requests. Would book through Hays again.

We return to our local Hays branch in Royton every time we book our holidays. The staff are always super helpful, patient, and great at finding just what we're looking for. This year was no exception. Thanks so much to Bev, who took care of us this time.

I called in on the off chance to enquire about a city break to Venice. I got a first class service and Courtney took the time to go through the options after my very specific requests! Gave me two options and for me to decide what I wanted. No pressure sales here. Eventually decided and I called in last minute before closing, and Bev took all the details and booked my trip. I appreciated the time she took and didn’t rush me through anything even though they had closed by this time. Would really recommend them and their service including the after sales care and follow up.
