One big holiday booked!

Superb customer service
Our cruise booking at Hay's Ripon was very straightforward. Chloe handled the process with aplomb. She was courteous, professional and expedient, and with an accompanying sense of humour. Based on this interaction alone, I would utilise Hay's in Ripon for further bookings, and would suggest Chloe's customer service skills are a real asset to the company.

Great team - nothing too much trouble
Nicola was great. She listened to what I needed from a holiday and gave me a few great options. When the holiday I had decided on fell through (problems with my availability) she found a great alternative. I had to bring my dog on the second visit and the rest of the team made him feel so welcome, he tries to drag me in there whenever we pass the door! Professional and friendly
