Good welcome on entering the shop. Sophie was extremely helpful in explaining so much about cruises and given two elderly persons time and space. I didn’t feel under any pressure to book and appreciated that. We actually book and I feel confident that we will get help and guidance from Sophie as we near the departure date if required.

Personally I would rather talk to a real person than a robot.
Talking to the travel advisor at Hays Travel in Ringwood was a ver pleasurable experience.
I was dealt with in a very professional and experienced manor, not to mention the friendliness.
Everything was provided with efficiency and completed with no problems, and all over the telephone due to the diversions on the A31 around Ringwood.

Always use Hays Ringwood for our hols even my dog Ted likes it, gets a fuss each time. Staff great, this time Sophie, very patient as I turned up with 15 gift cards from my recent wedding, she had to enter every one of them manually but I got the cruise booked plus she got my Hays and TUI app to show all the booking details.
