Becky Bigmore is a real asset to Hays Travel. She’s friendly, professional and meticulous when booking a holiday for us. She always finds a great deal within our budget and nothing is too much trouble for her. We’ve booked several holidays through Becky now and we plan to continue as the service is amazing.

From start to booking the whole process was very easy.
Becky is so kind and nothing was too much trouble.
You can tell she has a lot of experience in the travel industry and she was very knowledgeable.
We can’t wait to now go on our holiday.

I had a tricky ask for Becky, we wanted culture, nature, ability to snorkel and not our normal all inclusive holiday with children that wanted an all inclusive holiday! Becky gave me options and we were able to narrow these down to Sri Lanka, but a tailor made holiday with a tour and beach hotel at the end.
As always Becky went above and beyond to make sure everything was right before we booked. Making sure our questions around tour itinerary and gluten free diets were answered with as much information as needed.
I would not hesitate to book with Becky, she has a wealth of knowledge, experience and ability to adapt that makes the experience stress free and exciting.

Becky's tenacity and attention to detail is very impressive. After receiving a brief as to the desired location and timings Becky provides numerous well researched options. Becky is always readily available to amend any issues and to answer any question . I have no hesitation in recommending her and Hay's travel (something that I have done on numerous occasions).

Becky worked very hard to find us the holiday we were looking for. She gave lots of options and never pressured us to make a decision.

Becky did all she can to make the entire process as smooth as possible, which isn't an easy task when there is so much information and so many things to go over.
This is the third time I have booked with her and won't be the last, because you have the peace of mind that if there were any changes or you had any questions, she would go out of her way to help you.
