I wish to send a thank you to one of your agents in the Pudsey branch! Although we know Emma I feel she deserves some formal recognition!

Emma has booked our last 3 holidays for us with no troubles at all! Has taken her time to ensure what we get is what we want and even went to great lengths to help us with our upcoming Malta trip after our flights were changed again! Emma took time to speak to Tui to fix the issue satisfactorily and communicated with us every step of the way!

No one says thank you these days with people being quick to complain so I’d just like it to be known through the higher ups that your Pudsey store have one of the best!

We needed a last minute holiday as our holiday had been cancelled last minute due to an ash cloud from mt etna. Lauren at Hayes travel in Pudsey was amazing. She spent time listening to what we’d like and was patient and extremely helpful finding us a great holiday, even checking us in and sorting our boarding passes.

Absolutely brilliant experience with Hays Travel Pudsey from start to finish — and a special mention has to go to Matty, who was outstanding.
Nothing was too much trouble. Matty took the time to properly understand what we were after, talked us through the options without any pressure, and found us exactly the right holiday at a great price. Every question was answered quickly and clearly, and he kept us updated the whole way through the booking. That kind of personal service is hard to come by these days.
