Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff

We like to book our holidays with Hayes, the staff are always pleasant and very good at showing us just want we want. And it’s very handy being inside our Morrisons store, we look at late bargains every time we go shopping and taken advantage of the offers both abroad and in this country.

Apartments La Penita Porta Del Carmen Lanzarote could not believe it was only 2*,nice pool bar & the friendliest staff.
We will be back as we already booked for next year.

The hotel was really good, with outstanding food and flexible help when needed. Probably the wrong side of Naples for what we intended to undertake, and the hire car we could not find had been part of the plan for local travel. Train good when used, but taxi used to fit schedules, was a significant expense.

This was the first time we have used Hays travel we were very impressed by Debbie helping us find the cruise we wanted and gave us information about the ship and facilities on board as this will be our first cruise and didn’t know what to expect, she also explained about the monthly payment plan option for paying for the trip.
