Jenna in the Prescot branch was so helpful in helping me choose my holiday I couldn’t have asked for better service

I went in with a whole lot of restrictions. The agen was not phased, she asked a few questions and she found a few options for me. Then she thought of a couple of other restictions i haddnt thought of. Using her local knowledge she found a great holiday for me.

We book every year with Hays Travel and as usual we were given really good service and good value. Anthony booked our holiday and was very helpful and friendly.

The agent we spoke with was absolutely amazing, we went in wanting to book somewhere for a special birthday with quite a few different criteria that we did and didn't want. She was brilliant, she narrowed everything down and found us a great deal, which we decided to book and the whole process was so easy.

We had also seen a deal on social media from another Hays branch for a short break which we also hoped to book. Again the agent was fantastic with this as the only information we could give her was a screenshot of the deal. She went above and beyond to locate the deal and done absolutely everything possible to help with our queries to get us the best deal.

I can not rate the service highly enough. The agent was brilliant, so friendly and helpful, the service we received from start to finish was fantastic. If you wanted to book something specific but not sure where, I'd highly recommend using Hays as the process was made simple and stress free and we walked away extremely happy with two amazing breaks to look forward to.

Having not booked a holiday with a travel agent for many years , we were led through the process seamlessly! An exceptionally friendly ,helpful member of staff Dawn Brown gave us many options and explained everything clearly , offering advice and suggestions . It made the whole process so easy and we came out reassured we had booked the holiday we wanted and are now looking forward to it , knowing everything has been taken care of .

This was 5STAR ,ANDREW on the day & Dawn the next day made this booking very easy and quick, I have booked with HAYS Travel before, all the staff make everything very clear and I’ve always found them pleasant and HONESTLY,WELL DONE HAYS.
