Booked a Fred Olsen cruise around the…
Booked a Fred Olsen cruise around the Scottish coast. The invoice was correct.
However the booking confirmation was for a cruise to France!
Also received an email that direct debit had been set up to pay the balance.
No authority had been given to set up a direct debit.
