Polly Newton-Pound is simply the best!
On the strength of using Polly in 2024, for a trip to Croatia, having decided to visit the country again this year, she was my first port of call to arrange the trip.
She is simply super efficient and very friendly and helpful. She took time to point out various things which I had not thought of, and went out of her way to confirm that there were no accessibility issues related to the hotel of choice. If you are looking to use a travel agent, Hays, and Polly Newton-Pound should be your first choice. Excellent service all round.
