We recently visited Hays in Pocklington to book a special holiday to celebrate my wife’s 50th and daughter’s 18th birthdays for summer 2027. Poppy dealt with our booking quickly and professionally, arranging everything we asked for. We always find Hays very good to deal with and can’t think of a better place to go to book our holidays.

Stacey, as always, made booking a holiday easy and stress-free. She found us a great deal for our summer holiday to suit our budget and took care of all of the finer details. Stacey stayed in-touch and communicated everything we needed to know throughout the booking process and answered any questions or concerns we had which is really helpful when booking for a larger family.
