Friendly and inviting atmosphere. Professional and knowledgeable

We had been affected by the NATS crisis and had our holiday cancelled by Jet2 on 8/9/26 and we walked into Hays Travel the next morning, feeling utterly devastated and the lady who helped us went above and beyond searching through any available holidays to find us something that would be suitable for our family. She was an absolute star and helped salvage something out the of the ashes of chaos that had ensued the day before. Massive thank you to them and huge lesson learnt - always book through Hays Travel and not direct with the company.

We were very pleased with our holiday to Turkey booking. The staff are very knowledgeable about the holidays and providing general information and we feel confident that all will go to plan rather than booking on line. And we know we can always contact them if we have any queries.

We always use Hays Tavel Plymstock. The ladies in there are wounderful. They are friendly and welcoming and are very patient with us when we go in to book our holidays. I'm an amputee, and wheelchair user so it makes booking things a bit more trick. Being able to pay by monthly direct debit at no extra cost is brilliant.

Helen looked after us as usual . Finding several options and arriving at where we wanted to be on two holidays which we have booked for next year. She also told us of Jet2 villa holidays that come with car hire . It did cost a little extra to upgrade the car but that was our choice . We are already looking at a further holiday which no doubt she will sort for us
