Staff exerience on bookings.

I go in and tell Jo what myself and my wife would like and i usually get an answer with in a couple of hours. I could not get any better service.That is the same for all the staff if Jo is not in,

I booked a secret birthday
holiday for my husband.
I was daunted by the fact it would be the first time I had to organise everything on my own.
I found the whole experience an easy task due to the staff who went out of there way to help me through the process.

Kelly was very helpful

Kelly was very helpful, looked at various options and we managed to find a holiday that was within our budget and exactly where we wanted to go.
Even nicer it was stress free.
