Always so helpful and happy. Nothing was a problem for them and we came away very pleased.

Louise was amazing from start to finish. No question was to much trouble and she put us at ease the moment we spoke to her. So glad we booked our holiday and it’s lovely to know if we have any problems we have someone to speak too.

It is worth noting that this was our first experience of booking with Hays Travel.
We were dealt with by Clare who was very attentive, patient and extremely helpful.
Clare helped us through every stage of finding us a suitable holiday to booking our car parking and printing our boarding passes.
She couldn’t have been more helpful nor us more impressed.

Louise was very helpful in finding us a very last minute get away very patient and showed us plenty of options, and we were not rushed at all. Nothing was to much trouble either very pleasant member of staff.

Lowri took the time to make sure our two bookings were exactly what we wanted She showed great patience and professionalism throughput.
As long term customers of the Transit Way branch this is the superb service we are accustomed to. Well done 🙂

Not really knowing what we wanted to expect from a rough idea about a cruise to Norway,we came away feeling at ease and really pleased with the information and booking.

The holiday adviser Lowri made the whole experience of booking our cruise stressfree, informative and friendly. Excellent knowledge of cruise sailing and because of this we felt confident that we booked the right holiday for us.
