I have booked with Pickering branch many times and it is always a positive experience. Even when I don’t have fixed ideas of which holiday to pick, they always have patience and are willing to fact find.

As always Caroline works very hard to find a holiday suitable for us. It's a pleasure to deal with her.

It was my first time booking a holiday just for myself. Kellie was very helpful and friendly. I felt at ease with her. Although the holiday I wanted wasn't available she found me something else suitable.
