The agent was very helpful, listened to us with care and helped us find exactly what we were hoping for.

We have always booked our holidays with Ryedale Travel and when it was taken over by Hayes Travel and have always found the staff very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. it is very good that the staff do not change and know you as soon as you go through the door which makes it seem very personable.
