Superior customer service
My husband and I simply turned up
One Saturday morning and asked about what we were looking for, bearing in mind that this was our first foray into a travel agent for double figure years when they all disappeared from the High Street.
Georgia was welcoming, professional and on top of things from the off.
We left there a number of hours later having gone through the options on the 3 destinations we were looking at. We
Parked one, booked one provisionally,
Still to research the 3rd.
Georgias follow up after the August BH weekend was great and informative. We had to shuffle around a bit on accommodation and so she listed all the places so we could look at each hotel and make a new selection which we did and the booking completed by end of day.
We all live in a very digital world, but we don’t always want to engage with it, or the destination is more complex and we need the human interaction face to face. Georgia certainly gave us that and bent over backwards to accommodate.

Good Friendly Service and Clear Information
My wife and I visited Hays Travel Petersfield on impulse to ask about a Cunard Cruise we were interested in. Nieve answered our questions clearly and because of her we decided to book our cruise to Norway with Hays.
