This is the first time I have used Hayes Travel and I was really impressed with the service. We went in today to retrieve a 100 Yen note my son had cashed in. It had sentimental value to his wife which he wasn't aware of. Georgia went out of her way to retrieve it. It was amazingly kind and generous of her. She went above and beyond for a £5 transaction. You're a wonderful human being Georgia.
