Janet in the Perth branch of Hay’s Travel was very pleasant, helpful and very very patient with us as we deliberated over our holiday destination and accommodation . I have had experience with this company before and have been very satisfied with the service

Jackie very helpful and friendly ,great knowledge on cruises we were interested in .

Jackie gave excellent service in store as we were looking to book our first cruise. She provided comparisons between different available packages and didn’t pressure us to make a decision. Also told us about extras we can organise further down the line as we have booked so far in advance. Always a pleasure dealing with the girls in Perth, even had a coffee and cookie while booking!

As usual, I asked Jackie to provide some options for a possible October holiday. I'm quite specific about my requirements:adults only, five star service, food that merits rave reviews and a fabulous room! This time my holiday mate had suggested a budget even I thought crazily low. I expected Jackie to say no dice. She, however, came back with several options and I booked the first one immediately as it met the brief. So happy to be dealing with such an amazing travel agent.
