Professional and highly efficient service
Even though it took some time, the assistant was very patient and helpful. We came in hoping to get some cruising ideas, and left with a perfect cruise booked. Also got a good deal on travel insurance.

Excellent customer service
We discussed with 2 team members and a lady in training. All were super helpful, informative and cheerful. They discussed everything we needed to know and more.
There was no sense of a pushy sale but just polite and welcoming. We are very much looking forward to our cruise.
