Claire is a lovely helpful and extremely efficient travel agent at Hays Travel in Oswestry. Her wide knowledge of hotels and resorts and local amenities is very impressive. She was able to accommodate all of our requirements in record time and couldn’t have been more helpful. Wonderful!

HOLIDAY TO LAKE COMO Cannot fault the service we received…
Cannot fault the service we received from Hays Travel, Oswestry. It was not a simple booking as it involved two couples travelling and everyone's requirements had to be taken into account. Several members of the team were there to help us, all of whom were most helpful and courteous. We would not hesitate to recommend the Company to family and friends. The extra facilities such as insurance, currency and Hays Travel Cards are most useful and we are looking at taking these up also.

Excellent service as always
We have booked a few holidays through hays oswestry, and every time the staff are wonderful.
We went I this time with no idea where we wanted to go but gary was full of ideas and spent loads if time with us to find us the best deal for our 2027 holiday .
