Great friendly experience

had an outstanding experience at Hays Travel Northfield, Birmingham.

From the moment we walked into the branch, we were made to feel genuinely welcome. Every member of staff was friendly, professional, approachable, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure our holiday booking was perfect.

A special thank you goes to Lisa, who looked after us throughout the booking process. Our holiday arrangements were far more complicated than most people would expect and required over three and a half hours on the telephone. Throughout the entire process, Lisa remained patient, knowledgeable, calm, and completely dedicated to making sure every detail was correct.

I would also like to thank Megan and the rest of the team. Their professionalism, teamwork, and outstanding customer service made what could have been a stressful experience enjoyable and completely stress-free.

The entire Northfield team are a real credit to Hays Travel. Their hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care for their customers were exceptional. They truly went above and beyond, and in my opinion they deserve recognition for the fantastic work they do every day.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hays Travel Northfield to anyone looking to book a holiday. Thank you all for making our experience such a positive and memorable one. We will definitely be returning for our future holidays.

your staff were so helpful and nothing was to much trouble. It took less than a few hours after I explained what we wanted our holiday to include and there was a proposal e-mailed sent to me and a person to person telephone conversation to explain everything regarding the holiday itinerary. all that left me to do was pay the deposit. Would definitely use Hays again.

The staff at hays travel Northfield were absolutely amazing we wanted a last minute break and the young lady was amazing finding us a beautiful getaway and on a second return to the shop to ask about airport parking the lady who dealt with us was also amazing 💯🙏.
