Absolutely love booking our holidays with the girls at North point ! Usually we go in to book, but was such a hot day, so we rang instead. Really love that Sarah and Elise always remember our names and ask how we are doing. It's like talking to a friend. Service from Elise yesterday was 110% as usual! The girls always go the extra mile and nothing is too much trouble. Booking is always stress free and chilled. Wouldn't book with anyone else. Keep up the excellent work girls ! As always we had Good Customer service. Layla at the Northpoint store ensured our booking was tailor made to us! She took the time & effort to research & fulfil our requests :-) Answered our questions & queries & ensured we understood the booking process. Layla went above & beyond to help us get the Hays App installed ( wer both not Technical). As always Layla was polite, professional & has that genuin "HAPPY TO HELP ATITUDE"
