Above and beyond excellent service
Booked a family holiday through Noorul to Izmir, very competitive pricing and saved money overall, managed to resolve issues caused by the airline promptly and went above and beyond to get close to the original date booked!

Booked a family holiday to Doha through Noorul and have to compliment his professionalism and the competitive we got in comparison to online travel agents. This is the second time we’ve used Hayes and have had the pleasure of dealing with Noorul. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Noorul as nothing is too much for him. A true credit to the company.

The smoothest booking I have ever made for my holiday. Noorul made the process very easy and simple. Everything was clarified even though I had so many questions!
