Always helpful will only ever book my holidays with nickie

All documentation received is straightforward and Nickie explained everything well and was very patient. We kept changing our minds about everything from dates to locations and type of holiday! Had to provide loads of quotations but didn't moan once!

Nicky is very professional and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I'd definitely, recommend her services. I booked a holiday and then overnight decided the other date worked better. Nicky did this all efficiently for us. This is the second holiday we have booked with her and wouldn't hesitate to use her services again. Which I'm sure we will as she posts too many tempting photos.

It was reassuring having a knowledgable agent to help us through our booking. Having an agent who has been on the cruiseship and sampled the food was excellent

My first time making a reservation with Hays Travel and Nickie.. Just WoW! Fantastic information and super help was given by Nickie, after months of messaging and talking, as I just couldn’t figure out where I wanted to go on my first holiday in 7 years (she has the patients of a saint) she found me the most amazing holiday destination (Escape at Nonsuch bay, Antigua)! She talked me through every detail offering great knowledge on our forthcoming holiday and kept me posted at every stage. Nickies excellent customer service was second to none she made this experience super exciting for us and an absolute pleasure to deal with, she is an asset to the team at Hays Travel, Highly recommended, and we will absolutely use Nickie again.
