An excellent booking experience!
I was greeted with a smile and a genuine friendly welcome.
The consultant was very helpful, efficient and answered all my questions; this resulted in me booking a City break on the spot.
I felt that I mattered as a person and not just as a paying customer.

Christmas Market in Krakow
