As Lynne was very helpful checking out several cruise holidays before we made our decision and we had visited late on Sunday afternoon not knowing Hays closed early.
And following day helped to suggest possible hotels for our short stay in Majorca

All the staff were really good and Faith managed to get us booked on a cruise. She was very efficient, pleasant and nothing was a bother to her.

I phoned the Newton Mearns branch, knowing the holiday I was going to book. I thought it would be better to book through a retail shop and speak to a real person. Lorraine was reallfy helpful and booked me an upgraded room type for less money than I was going to pay booking direct. Great experience.
