Fly/Cruise
From start to finish Hayes were amazing from booking the holiday to taking payments over the phone explaining any queries you might have? When we arrived at the airport the reps were all there to receive us and help us with all our luggage, stickers ect and we all got free drinks on arrival when we are on the cruise. A representative called Paula was on board and she was absolutely excellent and extremely helpful . Any questions you may have had for her, I would highly recommend Hayes travel. They were pleasure to deal with.

Very positive experience
I dealt with Kerrie from Newry and she was extremely helpful , explaining everything and getting back to me when I needed more time to think about it.
I didn’t feel any pressure to book there and then .

We arrived in Portugal at 8 40 and went…
We arrived in Portugal at 8 40 and went to the easy jet meeting place and were told some one forgot to get a mini bus but a taxi was on its way at10 .40 still no taxi we got in with 3 other and 2 more the driver could not find any off our hotels or apartments we finally got to the apartments at 11 43 pm
