I made the enquiry on Saturday afternoon and was quoted the advertised price.
When I rang on Sunday to confirm the booking, I was told that the price had been increased by £100.00 per person.
I understand the concept of live pricing, but this seemed at best excessive, and at worst, well, better not to say anything.
Had my wife not had her heart set on this holiday, I would personally not have taken the booking.

A very simple process for booking a short break in Lanzarote. Staff member very knowledgeable and friendly. Listened to our wishlist and found the ideal holiday.

I contacted the agency by reply email to email I got stating that I am on a trip to Mayamar for 13 nights but I am booked for Thailand for 9 nights - I emailed them to confirm what trip I on 6 days ago but no one has gotten back to me!
