Two staff members helped me with our holiday requirements full information and advice made it easy processes great staff will use them again.

My partner and I were looking to book a special trip for my birthday but weren’t sure where to start. Sophie at the Newport branch was fab. She helped us to narrow down destinations & itineraries. She discussed a number of suitable options with us and helped us to customise the holiday so it was exactly what we wanted.
Sophie was friendly and responsive through out, promptly sending emails and calling where necessary.
We ended up booking a dream holiday to Sri Lanka for a really reasonable price, including room upgrade and adding extra nights.

The young lady was very helpful.
She advised us on passports etc.

She also des ribed the cruise in detail.

Chloe showed professionalism from start to the end of the booking and was very helpful when I wanted the original room booking to be changed.

Julie who dealt with us was excellent she was pleasant and nothing too much trouble.

Fantastic service when booking our cruise for a special birthday. I was kept fully up to date and even received a call after leavng the shop to double check a few details before the booking was confirmed.
I will defentaly be using them again.

Hays Travel customised a tour to the USA for us, taking in Nashville, Memphis and New Orleans. Whilst booking the staff were very helpful and appeared to be knowledge of the different areas. However, with the exception of the hotel in Nashville, the others did not meet expectations. The Hu hotel was dated,the carpets were filthy,nothing worked in the rooms and the ceiling in the reception area collapsed. The Troubadoor in New Orleans was fine, apart from the bar, restaurant,sitting area and roof top area were all closed. We complained to Hays,on our return,who passed it onto Vista who have appologised numerous times,but in my opinon both have failed to take responsibility for a ruined trip that they organised, hence the low rating.

We were treated really well, had our questions answered, and the service was superb.
Very helpful and made our holiday booking a wonderful experience not a nightmare.

Staff taking a personal approach when searching for
holidays and being willing to take as much time as necessary to find the right one. Even if that means working through lunch to achieve that.

Tracey is so knowledgeable i booked a cruise and she explained the differences between the cabins.

Haley was great, very knowledgeable and professional, walked us threw the whole thing,can’t fault nothing at all , thank you haley your a star
