Riu Buenavista Tenarife/ Hays Travel
I booked a holiday to the Riu Buenavista hotel in Tenerife with TUI at Hays Travel. The staff at the Newbry branch were very helpful and went the extra mile to ensure that all my needs were catered for. Because I have mobility issued they organised assisted transfers both going and returning and I had an adapted room at the hotel. The booking service that I recieved was excellent and the hotel exceeded my expectations.
I would definitely recommend Hays Travel to book a holiday because in my opinion they go above and beyond to ensure you have a very enjoyable holiday.

I have recently returned from Dubrovnik.
I have recently returned from Dubrovnik. Suzanne and here team were excellent in picking the right hotel in the right area. I had a grand time. The highlight was a day trip to the Kravice waterfalls and Mostar both in Bosnia supported by the incredibly knowledgeable guide Robert.
What was impressive was being able to ring Hays and sort out the pick up point for this trip because initially the whole thing was a muddle.
Hays are very good at putting your mind at rest over all manner of things.
