Natalie was amazing 🤩 there was quite a lot of time when Natalie had to make change and yet again she was amazing

This is the second time we’ve used Natalie for booking a cruise and she’s been fantastic throughout. Quick with the quote and brilliant communication before, during and after the booking was made. ATOL document and booking references received immediately after the booking. I also know she will be there to answer all our questions as and when they come up. Would highly recommend 🥇

I have been using Natalie Taylor at Hays Travel - Homeworker for over 8 years for various types of trips and cruises.

Well today I was looking at the Caribbean cruise we have booked for January as they had emailed me to bid on a higher category of room. We had a inside booked and the bidding on a ocean view with a restricted view was starting at £450 but when I looked to see the cost of a ocean view it was less now than when we booked an inside cabin plus we booked with the early bird booking almost 2 years ago when they first went on sale.

I completely understand as it’s getting closer to the sail date they will want to sell unsold cabins and prices can change.

I didn’t want to have to go through the faff of cancel and rebooking especially with flights to Miami and Barbados booked independently it seemed like a risk as if something went wrong but also doesn’t seem like an option if in the uk without loosing more than you gain.

So I messaged the lovely Natalie Taylor and I explained the guaranteed ocean view cabin is a lower price than I paid for the inside cabin and was there any chance she could give them a call and see if there was anything they could do knowing that in UK the rules are not the same as the USA and it’s just usually a case of tough luck but thought I would try.

Well this morning the saying ‘like a dog with a bone’ is an understatement.

She was told NO there was nothing that can be done and given all the T&C’s for UK customers and she just wouldn’t take NO for an answer and after speaking to I have no idea how many people and various departments not only has she got us the upgrade!!! Which was still less than we paid she also got us a refund for the difference 😯😯😯.

I am absolutely gobsmacked and over the moon as I was hoping and not really expecting to get the upgraded cabin but never expected a refund of the difference!!!

THANK YOU so much Nat you do really go above and beyond also your help with other things like the ESTA’s.
