We were planning a 3 generation family holiday for next year with parties flying from different airports. We had found holidays that suited our wish list of facilities but needed professional assistance to co-ordinate the flights, room and dietary requirements. Hays were brilliant and even searched out a better deal for our flights and luggage allowances

Very personable travel agent, Heidi. Answered all our questions and was helpful in choosing cabin location.

Welcomed by staff as soon as we entered. Excellent professional expertise. Vicky's knowledge and retention of our requirements enables us to book with absolute confidence. Advising us of forthcoming suitable cruises recently meant that we were able to book two further Fred Olsen cruises on day of issue.

We've booked holidays here for last four years, as the staff are so friendly, extremely helpful and take the time to explain everything, the service is excellent, also the location in Morpeth is so convenient.

From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed by all the girls working there. They all said hi to me, I was served by Joanne and she was very helpful. She even got my holiday cheaper than I had expected. I never go anywhere else to book a holiday as the girls working at Morpeth branch are true professionals. Thanks for all your help 👍🏽

Friendly & helpful staff and holidays competitively priced

Everything was organised easy from flight to coach to hotel - Same for the return journey.
Hotel was great as the advertised

We had a great experience with Robyn and Natalie, they could not have been more helpful. Boy did they know their stuff. They found the right dates and flight times that suit us. My Husband has never had so much fun handing money over !!
