The staff are wonderful. They remember me and my preferences.

The staff at the Morley branch are all stars! Ebony contacted me and informed me there was an offer on for Jet 2 at Leeds Bradford ending in the next few days.when we visited on Wed 1st july Ebony and Loisa eere very helpful.

We found Scarlett very helpful. The service was really professional. Once we decided on our holiday the booking process was efficient and informative.
Would definitely recommend Hays Travel to friends and family.

Scarlett and Courtney were , so helpful & couldn’t do enough to get through the various systems issues and phone calls. The appointment took a while, they were so apologetic, but it was worth it, to get the holiday booked that we wanted.

Where do I start.. the ladies at Hays Travel Morley where nothing but Tremendous from start to finish; helping me book my holiday to Eftalia Marin - Turkey.. we have had one of the most memorable holidays in my lifetime and it’s down to the girls in that shop! They made life an absolute breeze, from bookings, payments, to exchanging currencies, me and my family cannot thank them enough, we will definitely be using them again for a future holidays abroad! Everything was really well explained and all information was given to us in a small envelope for travel day with multiple vouchers for transfers, hotel check in etc etc! Absolutely outstanding work 10 out of 10 would highly recommend
