Excellent service as always, and the Staff are ever so helpful at the Mold store. Thank you.

Asked to do this review by the company via an email. Booking the holiday was easy and friendly at first with lots off support from the agent.
We booked on a zero deposit promotion in the Mold branch End of January, however no terms and conditions were explained to us regarding this whatsoever and we were unaware if cancelling the booking a “deposit” needs paying, however we had to cancel due to unforeseen cancer diagnosis amongst other medical issues with my mother who was advised not to fly. This is when the staffs attitude changed, we were so embarrassed at the agent and her attitude which was patronising and rude, witnessed in a shop full of customers and who started staring at us, there was no empathy or interest in the reasons for cancelling, after refusing to pay we were then threatened with there creditors assuming debt collection! She then tutted and became hostile when she saw the direct debit had been cancelled, of course it has we are not going!
She refused to cancel the booking so we left. Made us feel we had done something extremely wrong like criminals adding to an already stressful situation. After spending £££ with them previously it was a Very upsetting and disappointing experience which has demonstrated all they want is the money.
Unfortunately we had further advice and will pursue this. Cancel the booking we are not going.

Staff made me feel like a real person in all ways very helpful and knowledgeable about all things I needed to know and book my cruise and nothing was to much trouble a big thanks to lidia and all the team

The help I had in planning a trip to Australia was very good, nothing was to much trouble.

Laura from the Mold branch helped us find the perfect city break to Venice. I have contacted her previously to look for holidays and she has always been accommodating and quick to respond. However, this is the first time weve actually booked with her. She is approachable and knowledgeable.

All the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I don't think I have ever come away without finding something suitable and booking .I would recommend Heys Mold they cover everything to make your holiday problem free and a great experience.

Me and my husband went to book our holiday fir next year. We weren't sure were to go in Greece. They lady that seen it us was very helpful and knew a lot about Greece. She looked fir the best price and deal for us. Would always go to Hayes travel to book out holidays. Very very helpful and fantastic service.

Debbie was absolutely amazing, she took time to find us the perfect holiday, didn't rush me was very helpful and caring and made sure we got the best deal for what we wanted 😃 would definitely recommend Hays travel Thank You Debbie you were so lovely 😃
